Energy work uses light touch/holds in the client's energy field to facilitate balance and deep relaxation. This service may include craniosacral, chakra balance, meridian balance, and working in the energy field outside the body. Energy work is ideal for those who are deeply stressed, grieving, experiencing anxiety or depression, and those for those who desire a deep spiritual connection or deep relaxation without massage. It is also good for those working through traumatic experiences such as accidents or surgeries. Client remains fully clothed during this 60 minute session for $60.
Functional Cupping lifts (decompresses) the layers of fascia and muscle (vs. compressing them, as with manual massage). It helps untangle knots by moving stagnation and releasing tightened fascia and contracted muscle, promoting pain relief and functional improvement.

Integrated Massage uses multiple types of body work in the same session to promote your body's ability to relax and heal. This can include any combination of Swedish, deep pressure, trigger point, aromatherapy, and assisted stretching.

Mental Health Massage is a combination of gentle massage and energy work and targets both your physical and emotional well-being. Healing touch can help when your anxious or grieving emotions are unable to express themselves; and loss includes not just death, but divorce, an accident, a job loss, or the loss of a pet. I do not attempt to “fix” your grief or help you move through it more quickly. I do provide a space for you to process emotions in a safe manner, without criticism, so your body may begin to heal itself. Give your mind and body the time, space, and caring touch it needs through this type of gentle massage and energy work.

Raindrop includes heavy use of essential oils along the spine and feet, followed by a series of specific massage strokes. It promotes alignment of the spine and balance of energy. 60 minute session is $105
